|Recommended: YesNice, Quiet, And Well-Maintained — This complex is geared more towards adults and families. The grounds are very well-maintained and the attention to assistance for any need is immediately handled. It feels more like you are living at home rather than in a rented unit. Some of the units are aging and need cosmetic repairs.
We appreciate your input and are so happy that you chose Windsong as your home!
|Recommended: YesNice Apartment — It is a nice and pet friendly community. The property and the maintenance staffs usually fix my problems quickly. The rent is a bit higher than other apartments because it includes the technology package and other facilities like pool and gym, which in a pity that I don't have time to enjoy it. The location is very close to the airport so will have some noise from the planes passing by. Other than that, I am very satisfied about the apartment.

|Recommended: YesThe Maintenance Team Is Awesome — The quality of the maintenance is superb in this community. I have never lived in a place where the quality of maintenance is so high you guys are really excellent. But my mother always said you get what you pay for but this is really exceptional and also the management team here is awesome this is just an awesome Community to live in

|Recommended: YesAmazing — Living here was one of the best things we decided to do. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. I cannot hear any of my neighbors unless I walk into the hallway which is fantastic. That means I am able to get a full nights sleep without any interruptions Everywhere is clean and I am amazed with how well insulated our apartment is up on the third floor. Our puppy loves the dog park and loves the apartment We have had to place a work order once and the maintenance staff were at out apartment within the next few hours. Overall I am very happy we chose Windsong and look forward to the time we spend here
Hi Ashley! WOW! We're so happy your new home is everything you expected and more. Our dog park is such a great place for both residents and their fur babies to make new friends. Windsong is all about Community and a place that residents are proud to call home. Our electronic work orders keep our Maintenance team "in the know" whenever someone needs assistance and our leasing team is knowledgeable about almost anything a resident may need concerning their lease or how to help when "life happens". We all enjoy the smiles and laughter we share with our residents and look forward to getting to know anyone new that becomes part of the Windsong family. |Recommended: YesLiving Here Feels Like A Real Home — I dont feel like I'm in an apartment at all. Everything fits extremely well. Layout is versatile and furniture can be placed lots of ways. Ample storage space. Friendly staff and residents. Quiet and well sound dampened. Pets welcomed and even they enjoy living here.
