We can tailor your corporate apartment to meet your needs. You may want a “furniture only” package, or need a “turn-key” apartment that includes all the housewares. To make things even easier, we can include all utilities in your lease for one easy monthly payment. Our lease terms offer flexibility, however, leases must be at least three calendar months and always end at the end of a month. To begin the leasing process, download and complete the Corporate Rental Application, email or fax the completed application to Windsong Place. We offer one, two, three bedroom apartments, lofts, townhomes, and more available to rent from our expansive properties.

Background Check Fee…
Please make note we require a Background Check Fee of $20 per person 18 years of age or older (Please refer to the Corporate Rental Application for additional information). Once your application is submitted and reviewed, please contact us and we can discuss your preferred payment method.

What About Utilities?

-- Trash – Valet Living provides pick up of trash and recycling from your doorstep five days a week for a fee of $25 per month.
--Water - Residents pay for their own water and sewer. Our community uses Resident Utility for billing purposes.
-- The Ultimate Technology Package – A required discounted Technology Fee of just $105; the package includes High-Speed Wireless Internet (up to 400 Mbps), Digital Cable & Streaming 200+ Channels & Disney Plus, Paramount Plus & the SHOWTIME® package. Resident can upgrade their package to include Phone Service at an additional cost (we can provide an actual phone in unit if requested, resident must take care of setting up the service).
-- Gas and Electric – Resident pays (unless you arrange for this to be included in your corporate package at an additional fee)

Is My Pet Welcome?
YES, we welcome pets in our communities! The additional monthly charge for one pet on a corporate/furnished lease is $150 for 1st pet; $50/month for each additional pet for a maximum of 5 months. Please speak with one of our Leasing Consultants for more information.
